I am giving this place 2 stars because my experience was bittersweet. I brought my 2021 Tiguan here due to a Check Engine light issue (emission code P0491). However, the diagnosis of the problem was very confusing. After proposing different options, they told me the solution was to replace two parts in the vacuum system (vacuum pump and control valve), assuring me that this would fix it. Very friendly and courteous. If anything comes up with your vehicle they will call you first to let you know before doing the extra work without your consent. That's a big plus!
