They were very responsive and diligent with their approach to working on my car over all its issues it has had over the last few months so it can finally run without issue
I visited this place for a cylinder issue with my Land Rover. That couldn’t figure out the issue the first two times. Once they figured that it was possibly a valve issue they recommended that I replace the engine and told me to repair would be as much as an engine replacement. That was a lie. I wish they would’ve said that this was not their expertise so I could’ve went elsewhere. They charged me 2k just to open my engine for something that couldn’t even repair. 1 stars for usually being punctual. Other than that, they overcharge and have poor attitudes. BE CAREFUL. I went in for a parasitic draw test, it took them forever and they didn’t really know what they were doing. They charged me over $1,500. Their excuse was my 2012 was old. I asked what was taking so long they said they had to check every electrical component. When they gave it back to me , my center console and my lights were not turning on when they were working fine before. I brought it back in and they gave my car back... read more
So far so good. Only hiccup after 50000 mile service picked up car check engine light came on. Took it back. Problem rectified. No other problems. Good EXPERIENCE!!
