Very professional, they kept me abreast of what was happening with my vehicle. They were very friendly.
I have a 2021 Porsche Cayenne and was recommended to J & S. I was a bit ambivalent using J & S to replace my brakes and rotors but I took the chance. I have absolutely no regrets! Not only did they do a great job but the owner Mike and Danny was easy to work with and their rates were great! The technicians are certified to work on all foreign vehicles. I recommend their service.
This place caused my vehicles more problems than I came in with. Audi Q7 had a low oil pressure dash reading and a loud noise on start up. The owner told me it was the timing chain and this would fix the problem. I paid $4500+ to have this job done. Bam a week later same sound started back again. Received truck back with a full leak because they didn't tighten down the fuel line at the motor. Could've caught fire. Should have went with my first mind and left the bad review but I took it back thinking our relationship would change but hellll naw back to square one. I paid 4500$+ for a job that I'm still having same issues with this is almost 2 years later. Been back multiple times arguing back and forth. So now I file civil suit in small claims it's beyond ridiculous that don't even try to solve their problems. I was guaranteed what I was getting fixed would solve my problem and it didn't. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!! Especially the owner Mike. They've cause more problems for my vehicle than I initially came in with. WAS GARUNTEED BY OWNER a Timing Chian would fix my Low Oil Pressure dash reading and Rattling nosie from engine on start up. IT DID NOT AFTER PAYING $4500+ for this job. They could've killed me twice. Once received truck back with Fuel leak at the fuel line on motor could have caused the truck to catch fire.
