Joe Sanfilippo, owner of J. S. Enterprises has now done 4 major renovation projects for us. We have been extremely fortunate to have hired him for the first time in February 2017 for 2 bathroom renovation projects. Since then we have had Joe do a complete kitchen renovation in the first quarter of 2022 and a complete two - level deck reconstruction in May 2025.
