I cant even give this place 1 star. Promised my husband's shirt Monday at 7am. Husband goes to pickup on way to train station. They cant find them. Then I call as he missed his train and had to return home to get a "work" shirt. Only to be told we are missing shirts and pants. REALLY? Ok then beileve it or not showed up at 5:30 on the way home and sign says BE RIGHT BACK, are you kidden me. 5:30 is when you take your "BREAK". ONE AND ONLY TIME I WILL EVER USE THIS CLEANERS.. Very clean and well maintained laundry facility..Best place to do your laundry and good prices..The lady owner is always friendly and very helpful. Always enjoy going here..We highly recommend them

Highly recommended! Very accommodative, and friendly staffs! My clothes are so much a like when I first bought them. They definitely took care of the clothes that they are cleaning. And would definitely come back for more service.

Dropped off new pants for my wife that shrank by 1.5". In addition, J&S lost a dress shirt I recently purchased at Nordstrom. They never took responsibility or tried to offer some form of restitution for their loss. Did business with them for many years, but no longer!
