I had 800 sq ft of olefin carpet that needed a good cleaning. The traffic areas were very soiled from the heavy back and forth walking and the dogs tracking in dirt from outside. Their rates were $ 50 lower than anyone else- Plus the equipment they use is VERY IMPRESSIVE. I can't imagine anything any better. The truck mount put out 230 degrees and they used a rotary jet extractor. (a carpet attachment that rotates and has jets and vacuum slits on the bottom- great for agitation and scrubbing action.
