Steve and Louis from J & S Carpet Cleaning did a great job! They came on time and were efficient. Even better we had thought that we needed a new family room carpet. It looked flat and worn in traffic areas. But after Steve and Louis cleaned and fluffed matted areas the carpet it looks like new! The cost of this cleaning was minor compared to the cost of a new carpet. Money well spent.
Very courteous friendly explained everything very well. Was here on time finished the job expediently. Results were excellent, very happy with them, would highly recommend their service.
Huge shout-out to the team at J&S Carpet Cleaning, especially Steve, Dan, Barbara, etc. The whole team did an amazing job of filling me in along the way; not only that, but their work went above and beyond my expectations. The team even went out of their way to give me a discount because my "walk-in closet" wasn't a full walk-in closet. I highly recommend this company for all of your carpet cleaning needs!

The crew called prior to arrival as promised. They arrived on time and promptly asked to thoroughly review the details of the project with us. They protected our wood floor and the entryway while they worked. They worked efficiently and the carpets came out great. We are completely happy with the service and the price was excellent. We will call J&S again whenever we need carpets cleaned.
