Very disappointed with the results the 2nd time we used them. As stated on their web page they only do topical cleaning. This is my fault for not reading this until the service was completed. After three weeks of service my granddaughter spilt water on the carpet. While mopping up with a towel we noticed that the towel was very soiled. Another issues is that the room had already started smelling of dog. After contact with Jamie I was told it is only topical they do not go down thru fibers to pad.
