Had been using this garage for 6 years Will not use ever again Paid for a full service and it hadnt been done still got the old oil ? Said my brakes were fine after i took it in as i was concerned. An african mechanic said he had checked and topped up my brake fluid said it was fine nothing wrong. 3 months later said my brakes were bad and had to have a specialist repair job that coukd cost £1000 or more. Great customer service and friendly people.
Not sure if you can be happy when you break down, especially with a caravan on the back. We have Start Breakdown cover. Today on way home the car broke, we rang Start who immediately contacted a local company J & S Autos, they were with us in 10 minutes. The Driver was friendly, considerate, and put us at ease straight away. Loaded our car and attached our caravan and delivered us all safely home. Thank you J & S.
