I can't say enough about how positive my experience was with Jimmy. Truly top notch and professional. Not only was he $1000 less than the other Cookeville Transmission shop, he was 100% more genuinely concerned with my needs. I'm doing a complete engine/transmission swap and upgrade on a Chevy Avalanche, and Jimmy even tidied things up on the back side of my engine that the engine shop left undone. After literally being told "Your money's no object" by the other guys, I couldn't be happier that I went to Jimmy.
