J-S Plumbing was able to provide a quote and schedule service to replace my old hot water heater with a new one within 3 days. Anthony and Logan showed up right on time, were patient and courteous in answering all my questions. My water heater is in the basement and requires power vent. Terrible put in 6mo ago hot water heater is now down and there warranty is 30 days $700 down the drain stay clear of this company. They knew it was hard water and put cooper fittings that’s now leaking..
We had water heater problems. Our situation required multiple visits (due to the wait for parts from the manufacturer) which were scheduled in a reasonable timeframe. The tech was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. As difficult as the situation can be, dealing with the folks at J-S reduced the annoyance factor considerably. I don't hesitate to recommend this business.
