A Great job as always!
I will never come here ever again! This krown dealer not only missed half my truck when they were undercoating it! I tried going back for the second time to have them respray it they still missed the spots I told them I wanted sprayed!
Krowns big sales pitch is if anything from the windows down rusts, they will repair it. But, then they say it's in corporate's hands & you are stuck with the rust & no repairs after 10 faithful yrs of their service & keeping it local!
Initially very pleased with the color match application and responsive, helpful customer service. However, after it scraped off in several places, within just a few months. I now am told a tech isn’t available to address the issues and was given the remaining paint to deal with it on my own. In light of this experience, I would caution against color match at the very least.
Customer service was excellent. This was my first time using them, so I'll have to see how good their product is. I was disappointed with their wash job on my car, as there was water streaks all over the windows. Overall it was a good experience from the initial call to the actual in store experience.
