My daughter got a belt from JR's a couple of months ago and the leather ripped out where she always wore the buckle. We asked them if they knew of any place to get it repaired and they said to just bring it in and they'll look at it because all their stuff has a warranty. We brought the belt in today, they looked at it and told my daughter to just grab another belt, any belt she wanted and they'd just replace it. No fuss, no hassle and they were happy to do it! This is the place to go when you are ready for a pair of boots that fit and preform the way they should. The staff really knows what they are doing! Great prices as well!
We love going into Jr's Western Store. They have quality boots at an excellent price. The customer service is top notch as well as their knowledge. They do not bug you while you're shopping but always within reach if need be. We will not buy our boots anywhere else.
