Amazing service, knowledgeable, professional and even came earlier when calling same morning to request to change appointment time. Very reasonable pricing. We have been using their services for years and will continue. Highly recommended!!!
We had an emergency septic issue. John was able to get out to us sooner than expected. He was very informative and understanding. Reasonably priced. Will use going forward. Couldn't ask for a better experience.
JR's Septic Service was our hero a couple of weeks ago. I had a septic situation where the waste was starting to backup into the lowest point in my house (1st floor shower) - the day before I was leaving for vacation. This happened at 9PM on a Tuesday night. At first I thought it was a plumbing problem as we could not run our water or flush our toilets knowing that the waste would continue to rise. They pumped two tanks for us and did a fantastic job. Uncovered one and recovered after pumping. Very reasonable pricing.
