We had an emergency septic issue. John was able to get out to us sooner than expected. He was very informative and understanding. Reasonably priced. Will use going forward. Couldn't ask for a better experience.
JR's Septic Service was our hero a couple of weeks ago. I had a septic situation where the waste was starting to backup into the lowest point in my house (1st floor shower) - the day before I was leaving for vacation. This happened at 9PM on a Tuesday night. At first I thought it was a plumbing problem as we could not run our water or flush our toilets knowing that the waste would continue to rise. They pumped two tanks for us and did a fantastic job. Uncovered one and recovered after pumping. Very reasonable pricing.
JR's is my first call for our septic needs. John is very compassionate with his customers and is very timely in getting back to you. We needed a pump out last minute due to a pluggage. I made the call at 4pm. John called back before 5pm and said ge would be right out to us the next morning. He was hear in a very timely manner, even texted me with a 30 minute arrival window. John is always so pleasant and so very nice to talk with. His prices are very reasonable as well. Definitely our go to for our household septic needs.
I called J.R.'s for a septic pump-out and they offered to come out the next day. This was my first time using J.R.'s, and they have themselves a new life long customer. Prompt, clean, courteous, and VERY reasonably priced. Support a local father/son owner-operated business and give John a call.
