These guys are a God send! They installed my new hot water heater a few years ago and just fixed a leak in my shower. Yesterday he replaced the plumber putty sealant with silicone, and unfortunately that wasn't the source. Called him back out today, he was here in 3 hours and he spent double the time here today than he did yesterday. We finally figured out together that the cheap amazon shower head was the problem and fortunately the issue wasnt any worse than that. Very great experience. We had an emergency situation on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. After trying to contact several other plumbers, they were the only to answer. Extremely kind and also incredibly knowledgeable. Took his time to explain things to my wife and I so we could understand. Didn’t show up to try and take our money, but wanted to help someone get their water back. Couldn’t recommend enough.

So the actual plumbers were good, quick, and polite. The issue is that they want cash or check immediately; no credit card. And, there is no telling what your service will cost. Most people do not carry checks or cash. Most people do not have ATMs in there living rooms. So, good service, bad back office. Getting a square app or something is so easy to do.
