RecommendedBest customer service I have encountered! They were out of a bit that I really wanted. I had ordered it and it had already sold out. The emailed me letting me know and let me know they would have more in two weeks. I asked for a refund, but asked for them to email me when they received more in. The refunded me in minutes and then emailed me when they were back in stock! So happy to have found this family owned shop!
