Excellent local auto repair business! J R's did an awesome job repairing a rusted rocker panel on my car. The estimate was spot on, the service was excellent, and the work was very fairy priced. I highly recommend them! With the high price of cars these days, it's definitely worth paying some money to keep dependable older cars running compared to buying new. (At least in my opinion!)
Not very happy with my service. I was told they'd have my car for 3 days (to replace my bumper), and they had it almost 3 weeks. It sat in the same spot in their lot for the whole first week while I had my rental car that I was paying for. I had to call many times for updates, and was told they were waiting for a part to come in that they should have ordered in the first place. I finally called on a Friday and they told me that they'd already finished my car. So they finished my car but never told me it was ready until I cal... read more
