Thank you to JR's team for being available on short notice. Rolling in with a flat and no spare tire on a rental car limping along hwy 1 for several miles we were extremely thankful the help JR's team provided.
Our vehicle broke down in Gualala while on vacation, and the entire staff were so nice and accommodating! Victor the mechanic gave my family a ride back to our rental house and then he did a speedy and solid repair to the power steering and harmonic balancer. It was a great experience when it could have been very stressful. We were able to check out of the rental on time, load up and head home to Petaluma. They really saved the day!
