Absolutely the best staff! From the owner on down! I can’t say enough about how friendly and patient they are. We had an issue that we have been trying to get solved for over a year. 4 Chevy dealers and 4 grand later we were advised to try JRs. Not only did they fix the older issues and some new ones, they were excellent with their communication to us.And gave us a loaner to use. They were transparent with costs and there were no surprise charges.

I just had the yearly inspection done on my car. JR and the staff are fully aware of how this produces such anxiety in me. They are always so compassionate, but they are also very aware of their duty to make sure my car is safe. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.

Awesome experience!! My brother and I had never been to a mechanic due to the negative stigma but let me say this doesn’t apply to these people. I called and got in same day and problem was resolved very quickly and even after had a courtesy inspection! Great service will definitely be back!!
