On November 3, 2012 we dropped my wife's town-car off to have two front fenders replaced. Several weeks later we called to see if it was ready. We began receiving excuses like family health problems, wrong parts etc. 4 months later we called and were told it would be ready by March 3rd. The car was brought in with 7 bars of gas on the gauge.
