Was amazing with my 6 yo Sons care! From the beginning appt to the post appointment after his adenotonsillectomy, the staff was very kind and patient in dealing with my son, and Dr. Roscoe did a great job with his surgery! My fiance and I were very pleased with everything, including the fact that Dr Roscoe came in and I produced himself to us and our son while we were in preop and as soon as the surgery was finished, before m received a phone call letting me knkw how rverything went
Terrible place to deal with, will not answer the phone, rings for 3-4 minutes and then either disconnects or message tells you to call back later.........I have called the number a minimum of 30 times trying to return 2 voicemails they answered 2 times out of 30.
