Took a leap of faith by calling J Rods after multiple battles by going to three other mechanic shops in Plymouth and having constant issues with my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I called and immediately got J Rod on the phone and within 15 minutes was pulling into the shop to have my jeep evaluated. I had J-Rod’s replace the brake rotors, pads, and some rear end links parts in my wife’s Subaru Outback. He’s fair and straightforward. Replaced the parts and also pointed out some other issues that will need attention soon. A no BS mechanic that will tell me what’s good and bad about a vehicle is all I’m ever looking for… and that’s him!

As a longtime Commercial parts counterperson -I have found that you can tell a LOT about a shop based on the way they treat not only their customers,but also their parts suppliers... I can honestly say the Owner Jarrod ,and his Brother Jamie ALWAYS exhibit the highest level of Professionalism,Courtesy ,and that all too rare commodity- PATIENCE...
