The check-in was easy since I had preregistered. Everyone I had to see was polite, friendly , and respectful. Dr. Gimbel shook my hand when he came into the room I was in, and he took the time to explain everything I needed to know about my visit.
Everyone was very courteous and professional. My appointment time was right on.
