There's good service, there's great service, and then there is EXCEPTIONAL service. My family has been going to J-Rod's for maybe close to 8 or 10 years, but they were our secondary shop since we'd been established another place for 20. They did plenty of work for us, I wish I could go back and give them all our business! When our other mechanic retired and sold the place, the new owner did a bunch of incorrect repairs on my car and wouldn't give a proper refund. It was awful. Amazing service. Knowledgeable, efficient and cost friendly. Great team. Helped me in a pinch!! Sunroof motor went out, jrod was able to close it, next day service!!
