I wanted to edited this review as I've been here a total of 3 times and just wanted to update this review. I've been serviced by two of the stylist here, Gillian and Lori. Both are very fantastic stylists and are just so great to converse with. I loved when I got my first "chop" (my hair was very long) with Gillian. It was so cute and just ugh loved it. After having a bad experience at another salon I called and Jim Roberts got me right in. It's about seven months later and the layers and shape keep getting better and better. After coming from the previous stylist, It was such a pleasure to watch a true professional, secure in their skills, execute their craft - Thank you so much for saving me!

I just wanted to say that I LOVE the Madonna photo that you have in your salon! I noticed it when I was driving on Williamson Rd and at the Campbell Ave light tonight. I had to get a picture of it, I need to buy one myself!
