I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this dental office. On the day of my appointment, they rescheduled last-minute. It was clear I was their last appointment of the day, and they wanted to get me in an hour earlier so they could go home. When I arrived, the door was locked with no sign or explanation. I really liked the dentist, however the dark haired woman who did the scheduling, was completely rude and very unprofessional. I was charged $50 for missing an appointment, because they Texted me an appointment to MY LANDLINE. -> Of course I Did Not Know about the appointment, because it’s a Landline, and you Can’t Text, to that kind of phone. A big thank you to the dedicated staff and all the hard work they put in on what was looking like a serious procedure. No root canal for this guy. A little discomfort after the numbing wore off but all in all I'm very satisfied. Thanks again Dr foote and Amanda!
