Customer Service - Plain & Simple Ok, I rarely do this kind of stuff but when was the last time your Agent called you preemptively to tell you why you had a rate increase coming? And help you find ways to negate it through different coverage options? My son's driving record was the culprit but by having a comprehensive review, I was able to lessen the damage. Chip's staff is always helpful, but I found this to be above and beyond. Thanks so much for actually caring enough to call me!
Location She is located right down the street from my house. I passed the sign everyday- so It was hard not to know about her agency. You just know her name from the main corner location.
Stay away from these crooks This office is completely clueless. I switched to State Farm at the end of 2014 after receiving my online policy. It has been nothing but problems ever since - with my bills fluctuating by $20 - 40 each month! They could never get it right and were slow to respond - if they even bothered to get back to me. We decided to cancel the policy only to find out that they still autodrafted my account - after I had specifically said no more autodrafts months before that! STAY AWAY!
