The pressure relief drain line had water running out on floor from hot water heater. Called J. Rice plumbing and explained problem, told him the brand of water heater, he knew right away what the problem was. Showed up on time with correct parts and was extremely efficient, professional and completed repair in less than a hour, parts were under warranty and the charge for his time was very fair and reasonable. Will certainly use him again in the future, and would very much recommend.
Highly knowledgeable, exceptionally skilled, and very competent. I had my kitchen disposal and the seal between it and the kitchen sink replaced; the valves under the kitchen sink and kitchen sink faucet assembly replaced; the flushing mechanism and seal, between the tank and one of my toilet bowls, replaced; and the valves under a bathroom sink and associated sink faucet assembly replaced.
