Mrs Stephanie did a great job on my hair. She did it exactly how I wanted it. I will totally be coming back for my next haircut.
Went in with a picture of what I wanted and the girl Madeline did what she wanted not at all what I asked for and she gave me excuse after excuse just to cover her mistake! She knew I had so many events to go to. If she didn't know how to do it she should have said so to begin with instead of messing up my hair color. The fact that I get a response back from the owner that only had one side of the story to go by is beyond unprofessional, You are where the problem starts if you believe anything she told you.
