Went in with a picture of what I wanted and the girl Madeline did what she wanted not at all what I asked for and she gave me excuse after excuse just to cover her mistake! She knew I had so many events to go to. If she didn't know how to do it she should have said so to begin with instead of messing up my hair color. I go to this salon because of Madilyn Lobos! She gives me the best experience, haircut and conversation! She really listens to my needs and wants while keeping the health and shine of my hair. She so communicative about the process and really explains the pros and cons of my goals! Love Love Love!!
