Renee was the best esthetician ever! She was professional, kind, generous to a fault, and personable. She was my friend. ....I miss her dearly . .😪

Just as the others have said, I’ve been “duped.” I paid $450 for 6 facials and only received 2. I was told I had 2 left when I actually had 4. Even my text message string and calendar notations weren’t enough because I could not longer get a hold of her. Her telephone is now disconnected and when I drove to her shop it was closed. I’m writing this “review” to add to the other 2 so others will be wary if she opens up for business again. It’s pointless to file a complaint since I have no other contact info for her.

She is the best aesthetician I have found. She takes her time, very clean, she’s not over priced, she is kind and professional. You may want to overthink what’s being posted as she was a victim of a very violent crime her x recently got out of prison serving 10yrs for stabbing her this is when her business started to drop he has tortured her life she has lost friends, jobs and nearly lost family. Similar experience. Many cancelled appointments, some when I was actually on my way to the appointment. Being left several times for long periods during the 50 minute facial. I had an appointment scheduled today, she wasn’t there and unable to contact her by phone or text as her phone is not accepting calls or texts. I also paid for a six package facial bundle and have three left to go but have no way of contacting her. Extremely disappointed.

Horrible, Horrible service! Renee was always late or cancelled my appointments. She was very distracted and would leave me alone in the room for up to 15 mins some times. I paid for a 6 month package and she cancelled 3 appts during that 6 months. After she went MIA for a month with no response to email, voice mail or her door being open, I contacted my bank to get a full refund.
