I cannot speak highly enough about the craftsmanship and amazing customer service. We had originally been planning to get store-bought wedding bands, but my engagement ring is (apparently) assymetric in a very unique way so that no band really fit well. We had less than 2 months to get rings so we weren't sure custom rings were an option, but we decided to go into the store and ask -- best decision.
