Excellent customer service! Needed to exchange shoes for a size smaller than what was ordered initially and the return/exchange process was easy and quick.
Awesome shirts. Awesome quality! However I did order a grab bag pair of sweatpants that were printed with logo on the back of the sweatpants round the thigh area looks horrible. I emailed but got no response. I understand these grab items are not returnable and a gamble. I'll take my loss as a lesson.
J R always gets the best shoes and his shipping is really fast...Excellent customer service as well.. it's better going with the small business , instead of the big store.. We always go back to J R for our shoes..
Customer service was very helpful, respectful, and imformative. Ordering online was very easy and shipping is fast. JR Wrestling products deserve more recognition!
