Put a new service box in my home in the fall of 2020. Contacted John jr. On multiple occasions in the spring of 2021 to report a problem with a loose breaker causing a problem with my air conditioner. Called multiple times over a three week period, i never returned my call. Terrible. Would never use or recommend him
