I purchased some items from J&R and unfortunately, I had a few issues with a couple of the items. I have made thousands of purchases in my life and it’s not uncommon for issues to arise from time to time, but I have learned that “issues” never really cause the real problem. Jim and his team are amazing! I purchased a new Ventrac unit from them. Before I purchased the unit they invited me up to chat with the mechanics and sales team and to demo some units. When I took delivery of the unit Jim hung out for 2.5 hours showing me everything I need to know to take the unit out and make money. They hooked myself and my team up with Ventrac merch.
