I had water damage from a leak from the condo above me. I was recommended to call R&S Restoration. Randy Farias came out immediately on a Saturday morning and got the ball rolling. Tommy arrived with fans and heaters, took down wet baseboards, and put up a plastic sheet closing off doorway where the damage was. . Both men are very knowledgeable and explained every step of the repair. I'm still a work in progress but have the utmost confidence in J&R Restoration.
I had a terrible experience with J&R Restoration. We contacted them for a mold issue in our bathroom (a pipe was leaking inside one of the walls of the shower, approximately 4ft x 8 ft and only half of it has damage) expecting professional guidance and transparency. Instead, we were misled and left with a $2,500 bill for minimal work. The only thing they did was place dehumidifiers for four days—equipment that costs around $372 per week to rent from Home Depot.
