I had water damage from a leak from the condo above me. I was recommended to call R&S Restoration. Randy Farias came out immediately on a Saturday morning and got the ball rolling. Tommy arrived with fans and heaters, took down wet baseboards, and put up a plastic sheet closing off doorway where the damage was. . Both men are very knowledgeable and explained every step of the repair. I'm still a work in progress but have the utmost confidence in J&R Restoration.

I had a terrible experience with J&R Restoration. We contacted them for a mold issue in our bathroom (a pipe was leaking inside one of the walls of the shower, approximately 4ft x 8 ft and only half of it has damage) expecting professional guidance and transparency. Instead, we were misled and left with a $2,500 bill for minimal work. The only thing they did was place dehumidifiers for four days—equipment that costs around $372 per week to rent from Home Depot. Excellent service and quick response made the entire process seamless and efforless. Although the damage was in a small contained space they addressed and resolved the issue with the same urgency as a major job. We appreciate there attentiveness to detail and keeping in the time restraints that we had. Thanks again!

We were very pleased with the overall work. Both Joe and Ross were great to work with. They advocated for us with the insurance company. That alone was invaluable. We would highly recommend them.
