Decided to use this company again due to their fast response, this time they were fast on getting a technician out but when it came to give me a quote to replace evap coil or get a whole new unit took forever, almost 3 weeks later and still have not received a quote so I decided to give alphacool a call. Alpha cool gave me a quote within a few hours and manage to replace the evap coil and serviced the unit in less than 2 weeks. Faulty Bromic Ice Machine (not purchased from these guys...) repaired twice now by them PROMPTLY AND AFFORDABLY! Their customer service is outstanding and even had the Service manager email me back to explain the fault in more detail.... HIGHLY Recommend! THANK YOU! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Very poor follow up and take a long time to get a job finished. The price you are quoted is not what you get at all. Jobs are overpriced and the explanation is very fickled at best. Not recommended. There are other companies out there who will not try to rip you off like this company does
