BEWARE MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR FULL COSTING BEFORE YOU COMMIT I had JnR clean 1 aircon and 6mth later I received an invoice for $586.70 When I asked why I was told because there was 2 technicians. When 1 so called technician was a trainee and the other one just stood there watching him the whole time. So basically I was charged approx $500 for 1 of their employees to train another employee in my own home. Great technician who got the job done professionally and successfully. Pretty poor communications from the company and unprofessional attitude from those over the phone. However, the big disappointment was the price. Far too much for the service.

I recently had J and R Refrigeration come out to clean my three indoor air-conditioning units, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Troy handled the entire job and was extremely professional from start to finish. All three units were clogged with dirt and grime, and he took the time to clean every part thoroughly. The difference in airflow afterward was immediately noticeable. Troy was friendly, punctual, and very knowledgeable.
