Great technician who got the job done professionally and successfully. Pretty poor communications from the company and unprofessional attitude from those over the phone. However, the big disappointment was the price. Far too much for the service.
I recently had J and R Refrigeration come out to clean my three indoor air-conditioning units, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Troy handled the entire job and was extremely professional from start to finish. All three units were clogged with dirt and grime, and he took the time to clean every part thoroughly. Absolutely useless service. Totally incompetent. I had more knowledge of the hardware than the "technician". If I hadn't stepped in, they would of caused serious damage to the hardware. Do not waste your time and money with this mob. The rude and incompassionate phone attendant named 'Sam' is just salt in the wound... I would give 0 stars if I could. Avoid them, if you value your sanity.
They installed it, misdiagnosed it over multiple visits, and Daikin fixed it in one visit for free J + R Refrigeration installed my Daikin multi-split aircon system. When it started blowing only hot air, I contacted them under warranty. Over multiple visits, their technician failed to resolve the issue — despite obvious fault codes (J3 and CC) and clear signs the system wasn’t cooling. Decided to use this company again due to their fast response, this time they were fast on getting a technician out but when it came to give me a quote to replace evap coil or get a whole new unit took forever, almost 3 weeks later and still have not received a quote so I decided to give alphacool a call. Alpha cool gave me a quote within a few hours and manage to replace the evap coil and serviced the unit in less than 2 weeks.
