Terrible customer service. I have called and left a message regarding a product that was purchased and no longer working..no response In addition, I sent 3 emails and pictures. No response. It's been well over 2 weeks. I'm not sure how they stay in business ????? Update after posting review: Received call back from customer service, they are willing to replace the product but it's the customers responsibility to pay for the postage to return.
I was having trouble installing a gas spring I had purchased. I spoke to a representative named Todd who was able to help me pinpoint my error in buying the wrong size. He took the time to explain to me how they actually work. It was great customer service
