Waste of space this guy. Phoned and left a voicemail to call me back but did not. Rang again and he promised to pick up keys for house which was empty and quote for work I had discussed with him. Never heard anything back. Left messages for him to get back to me but ignored every one. How this guy can run a business like this is unbelievable. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND !!

I had ground-floor ceiling leak. Three other plumbers told me that my upstairs shower was leaking, which was not the case. John actually followed the source of the leak to the roof and was able to fix it right away. Highly recommended.
