We are a small shop. All of the people that work here have full time jobs. That being said our hours are erratic and not always consistent. It may take us longer to do the job. We know what we can't do weather it's do to lack of time, tools or sometimes knowledge. We are not afraid to admit it. Saved my butt when I had a flat
I am from out of town and was visiting for my aunt's funeral when unfortunately my check engine was flashing as I was nearing Red Wing. I was 8 hours from home and it was a Saturday. It was extremely hard to find any help until thankfully there was J & R. They were the only ones that I spoke with that cared or were willing to help. Luckily I was able to find them and made it home with no issues. Thank you so much J & R!!!
They are AWESOME!!! I usually work with Bill and he is the only mechanic I will go to because he's honest and trustworthy. All you women out there know what a gold mine it is when you find a mechanic who isn't gonna gouge you! Well Bill is the one! He works to keep the costs down and does an EXCELLENT job.
