Went here on a Friday, they were busy. Told me lo come back Sunday at noon. I did and noone was there. A phone call would have been nice, but no not even a phone call.
Saved my butt when I had a flat
I am from out of town and was visiting for my aunt's funeral when unfortunately my check engine was flashing as I was nearing Red Wing. I was 8 hours from home and it was a Saturday. It was extremely hard to find any help until thankfully there was J & R. They were the only ones that I spoke with that cared or were willing to help. Luckily I was able to find them and made it home with no issues. Thank you so much J & R!!!
They are AWESOME!!! I usually work with Bill and he is the only mechanic I will go to because he's honest and trustworthy. All you women out there know what a gold mine it is when you find a mechanic who isn't gonna gouge you! Well Bill is the one! He works to keep the costs down and does an EXCELLENT job.
