Absolutely awful. Very unprofessional. My wife and I had set up a time to meet with John to look at our chimney, when that time came we waited for him to show up, and after he was late, we called him asking him where he was, turns out he wouldn't be able to come for another week. We understand being late or having scheduling issues, but a business needs to have courtesy enough to call and reschedule, not just have people wait around. Will never use, and will never recommend.
