My experience is one that I will never forget. Jim A. with J and R Home Improvement is a horrible person. He lies to his customers. They make a mess in your home with saw dust everywhere and leave it for you to clean up. Then they leave the old glass door for you to have to dispose of "because he doesn't need it" he says. He over charges you for his labor. They also use two different kinds of trim on the door that you had to pay for and they don't fix it. NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE!!
