The Best Jeweler Ever!
Took my ring in for a simple repair and it came back damaged more so than when it was. I needed a split repaired from having it sized at Kay’s, no other damage on my ring it was in prefect condition. Not to mention what did they do to my center stone, what is the “rod” and plate that is now under it. This was not anything I asked for to be done. Only fix the split at the bottom of the ring. I cannot believe they did this to my ring. I am completely horrified that it cannot be fixed or worse they did something shady .
My wife 1 year ago had her wedding and engagement ring cut off by the hospital while undergoing cancer treatment. We took the ring set to several other jewelry stores who said they could not repair the rings. Not only did they fix them superbly but in record time. My wife is so happy with her rings quality that she is overwhelmed with happiness.
