First time I called he said he'd be out that day never showed up! I called today after I fixed the first problem myself. this time I needed a different part fixed and he just flat out told me to call someone else! He's hard pressed to get me in in the near future he said! This is my 2nd horrible review on this "company" but I deleted the first one to try to give him another chance but he let me down again. The thing is is that he installed the unit! Now he refuses to service my 2016 all electric furnace!
Called because my furnace was smoking in my new house and just wanted to make sure my house wasn't going to burn down with ( the furnace he installed ) he said he would be here the next day but he wasn't sure what time. Ok great that's fine I'll be home waited all day no show! Waited whole next day no show! He tried to help me over the phone when he couldn't be here in person. He was very personable.
Fast professional and thorough service.
He was fast had the parts to fix my furnace and I thought fairly priced definitely will use again
