Had an excellent experience today with J&R. The moment I called they explained everything clearly, kindly and concisely to someone who has never had propane. The man on the phone was very patient with me despite my lack of knowledge. J&R always services our residential and farm tanks - with efficiency, courtesy and at times with a well-needed bit of humour. However it wasn’t until I found out I needed a 30lb tank recertified in a pinch how great their customer service really is. Bruce took care of my request immediately on arrival and also refilled the tank. It was inexpensive to recertify - these guys really helped us avoid a hiccup in our accommodations business when we needed it.
