JR and his guys have done over 20 repairs on my foundations for my rental properties, and friends houses as well. His prices can’t be matched and his quality of work is phenomenal. His crew is professional and polite and I wouldn’t recommend any one else for foundation repairs in Houston.
I will not recommend this company to anyone. When I bought my house it had already had a large amount of leveling work completed by JR. I was having some issues in areas that had been leveled. It took a bit to get him out to look at it but he did eventually come out and did do warranty work. Later I found i had major drain pipe issues due to settlement. **Update: He does not honor warranty repair. I've been having issues lately with the foundation shifting and he came out to address the issue at my back door, but now my front door is showing signs of shifting. He won't return my calls or texts.** I used JR Foundation to level my house and I was very happy with the experience. Came in, finished the job quickly at the best price. These guys don't mess around. They get the job done.
Fixed my patio which the original builder could care less about. They even threw in a stain and it came out better than expected. Absolutely 10/10
