I asked them to come out for an estimate. JR arrived on time and took his time finding out what I wanted and how best to configure my patio cover. We agreed on a price and a date for the installation. His crew arrived on the date and had the patio cover installed in less than 6 hours. I paid the agreed price with no surprises. The crew cleaned up after the job and it now looks great. We will truly appreciate this shade next summer because this is a west facing patio which was nearly unusable in the afternoons last summer.
