I asked them to come out for an estimate. JR arrived on time and took his time finding out what I wanted and how best to configure my patio cover. We agreed on a price and a date for the installation. His crew arrived on the date and had the patio cover installed in less than 6 hours. I paid the agreed price with no surprises.
