The most unprofessional business I've ever encountered. Such a lack of communication, care, and respect. Not one good thing to say about them, especially the owner. Liar and no sense of customer service.

Bruender was an excellent choice for my septic replacement. I was very limited in the locations available for the mound and Steve did a great job to design a layout where the mound would be nestled away and not take up the only space in our backyard. Bruender was also willing to reuse anything that didn’t need replacing (pipe coming from house was already PVC, wiring was good, tank passed inspection and could be reused, existing black dirt could be repurposed, etc) instead of doing a full rip-and-replace. Rented a porta potty for our graduation party and everything was as expected. The guy that delivered it was super cool and even cleaned out the Porta potty again because he said he drove on a gravel road, he was worried it was dusty inside. That’s pretty awesome and also going beyond what he needed to do.

Good service. I like having the service agreement so they pump the tank when needed without us having to call and schedule.

I recently chose JR Bruender Construction for the septic, fill, and finish driveway/dirt work for my newly constructed detached garage. Josh and his crew did great work. Everything was what I had asked for and all done in a timely manner. Not the super long wait like other companies I have dealt with. Everything they had questions on how I wanted done, they never hesitated to call and confirm before doing the work. I would give JR Bruender Construction a call in a heartbeat with any work I may need in the future!
