I was disappointed with the charges for a simple watch band adjustment, for a brand new movado watch. A watch shop later mentioned they would do this for free..

Don't bring any pricey watches to these guys. I sent one in to get the movement regulated, and it came back with 4 small stains on the dial that they couldn't remove, as well as a loose part that they had to send in to get fixed again. At no point did they try to compensate me for the ruined dial. Credit where credit is due, the watch is definitely more accurate. Then I asked them to resize the bracelet on the same watch; they recognized me and the watch and STILL had the gall to charge me to resize the bracelet. Never comin... read more
