I am very disappointed with the quality of work and lack of responsibility from this body shop. After repairing my vehicle following an accident, they returned it with several problems. The rear bumper was loose, the trunk does not close properly, and they even punctured my spare tire while installing the bumper. I understood that the trunk might not be restored to exactly the same condition as before the accident, and I was willing to be reasonable about that. Definitely fixed my car but at what cost? Recently got my car door fixed by them due to someone rear ending me. Door was replaced and LOOKS back to normal but my door sensor is broken, which wasn’t before. Tried going to the shop during office hours no one was home but the open sign was on? Bad business manners but decent service.
They got me in the same day without a short notice and we're super super fast this will be my to go everytime I have a problem, Juan was hella cool and nice thank you
