Our vehicle started randomly squealing and screeching on the interstate. We pulled over and called Joel, the owner of JR automotive and he answered right away on a Saturday. He told us it was very busy, but he could fit us in! He tested our vehicle immediately, found a rock stuck behind the wheel, and removed it. He didn’t even charge us for his time. Joel is an expert who truly cares about helping people, not just making a profit.
I cannot say enough great things about my experience. My truck needed an engine replacement after developing a severe knocking noise. The job turned out to be far more complicated than any of us expected: Toyota gave me incorrect information about my original engine, and the replacement engine had differences that caused starting issues even after careful installation.
