Amazing experience per usual with J & R today! I showed up with an almost flat tire which owner Dane stopped everything to fix! The nail in my tire was removed & I was on the road in 15 min for an incredibly reasonable price! Glen Ellyn is so lucky to have this shop!!!
This shop is very honest and trustworthy. I was told by my car manufacturer, thousands of dollars of repairs were necessary which I had a hard time believing were necessary. When I talked to Dayne, he looked at the supposed issues, and both issues identified by the dealer, were not what I was told. No leak at all in the AC hose, no oil leak and a basic AC charge is all that was needed. Service done the next day; I highly recommend the professionalism and work at this shop!
Possibly the best ride you will get after you leave this shop. Maintenance Needed a light check on a car and I decided to stop by JR's. When my vehicle was ready it had a more nuanced handling.
I went JR repair shop and clbecause it was very close and convenient. Very nice, very pleasant. When I first went and told them everything that was going on. He said don't worry about it, we'll fix it. It was still wasn't fixed the first time so then they glued it And it's still didn't hold so at that time they order a new part. So I took the car in again? And they had a new part. Put it on everything's working perfectly irrecommended. I went to JR auto repair I told Daryl my problem and it was fixed for 2 days then it stopped so I took it back again and explained to Daryle what was going on. At that time he said no problem. He order a brand new and called me up like 3 hours and it was fixed. It was not thier problem because. The part was defective. Mind you they fixed and now my runs so smoothly and I am one happy customer. They did all this work again for nothing it never cost me a dime.these are great people.
