Stopped in while sensors were going off in my car. Got immediate assistance, coolant added and not charged. Such a great experience without an appointment! The service tech dropped everything to lend a hand. Definitely recommend J&R and will plan to bring my car here for service in the future.
$180 in labor to replace the engine and cabin filter seems pretty high to me. I was looking for a new mechanic. Looks like ill keep looking

Amazing experience per usual with J & R today! I showed up with an almost flat tire which owner Dane stopped everything to fix! The nail in my tire was removed & I was on the road in 15 min for an incredibly reasonable price! Glen Ellyn is so lucky to have this shop!!!
