I've purchased several vehicles from J&R over the years and never had a problem. Very honest and trustworthy company.
Somehow they towed a vehicle of mine after it had been wrecked. It was wrecked early on a Sunday and I realize they’re closed but I needed some items out of my ride. I called and called but no response. If they can tow my vehicle early on a Sunday morning, why can’t they answer a call for me to get some important items out of my ride? Do they need to charge another day storage fee that badly? I don’t understand.
