This was by far the best experience I have ever had with an auto shop. The staff was very honest in explaining what my car needed, and provided an estimate up front. The work was done very quick, and when it took 1 day longer than they estimated (which they were immediately upfront about, a part took longer than expected to come in), they noticed my windshield wipers were old and replaced them at no cost! Going to the mechanic can be intimidating for those of us not very knowledgeable about cars, but ever since I’ve discovered this place I’ve felt much more comfortable taking my car in for any issue or maintenance it may need. I have been using J&R Auto for a long time.. Highly recommend them. Never had issues with my vehicles after they have been under the care of J&R Autos. There is always a warranty on their work..
